Biography
Rao Mulpuri's main areas of research include semiconductor materials and device processing. Presently, he is working on chemical sensors and germanium doping by ion implantation. He joined GMU in September 1984 and became a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering in September 1993. In the past, he also served as a Program Director at the National Science Foundation.
Research
2013 - 2015: A Novel GaNAIGaN Nanostructure Room-Temperature Sensor for Security Applications. Funded by the National Science Foundation.
2014 - 2014: Funding for Student Participation at the 20th International Conference on Ion Implantation Technology, Portland, Oregon. Funded by the National Science Foundation.
