Electrical and computer engineering plays a role in all aspects of our lives — at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
You’ll get more than classroom lectures at Mason. Coursework will include foundational theory and hands-on engineering. Our students build satellites and program robots that swim and fly.
We work with partners in government, academia, and industry, including government agencies, national and international companies, and non-governmental organizations throughout the Washington, D.C., area.
Career options range from creating faster smartphones to improving medical technology to exploring the solar system, and many companies, including Amazon, Boeing, Micron, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Verizon, actively recruit our students.
Select a program at Mason, and you’ll get the knowledge and skills to be a step ahead of your competitors.
Your choices are limitless.
